In September 2014 I started a one year City and Guilds course in printmaking through Norfolk Adult Education. I've always admired printed images (linocuts and woodcuts particularly) and have been keen for a few years to formally learn the process. I was really lucky that there was one space left when I was casually browsing the new courses and signed up quickly!
This blog is to document some of the work I do for the course - and hopefully work that I continue once finished! I've called it 'printography' since photography has always been my main hobby so some photos are bound to appear. I've already been using a lot of my own photos as starting images for the prints I've been making on the course so far.
